Our requirements profile for the purchase of land, projects and real estate is diverse. We buy developed and undeveloped plots or parts of plots. We buy projects with or without completed rental agreements.
We are also able to modernize commercial properties in need of revitalization. We purchase retail locations in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
